Zeakor’s Garage – Terms of Service
By purchasing from Zeakor’s Garage, you agree to the following terms:
No Reselling or Redistribution
Vehicles purchased from Zeakor’s Garage may not be resold, leaked, shared, redistributed, or reuploaded in any form without explicit permission from Zeakor’s Garage.
Server Usage Permission
Purchased vehicles may be used on your live server only. Redistribution outside of your server is strictly prohibited.
No Chargebacks
Chargebacks or payment disputes are prohibited. If you experience an issue with your purchase, contact Zeakor’s Garage first so we can attempt to resolve it.
Refund Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise approved by Zeakor’s Garage.
Sharing Files
You may not share purchased vehicles or files with friends, developers, server owners, or third parties without permission.
Modification Restrictions
You may not edit, modify, or extract files from the YTD except for changing the provided template/livery area unless permission is granted.
Right to Refuse Service
Zeakor’s Garage reserves the right to deny service, revoke access, or remove users from the Discord server for violations of these terms.
Liability Disclaimer
Zeakor’s Garage is not responsible for any damage, performance issues, conflicts, or data loss caused by use of the purchased files on your game, server, or computer.
